The Musicmen Cometh!
This is the marriage of two musical minds, Josh Bain and Nolan Ross. Friends since high school, they've seen the seven wonders of the world, jumped from helicopters, hang-glided, climbed Mt. Everest, and even offered jokes over dinner with Bono, Springsteen, Clapton, and others.
Okay, none of that is true except the friends since high school part. Nonetheless, these guys love music and love talking about it. We hope you enjoy it.
Ocean Eyes

That’s gonna be the record for the summer.
Owl City has supremely impressed me. It has somehow reached in my innermost musical parts of my soul and released this love for pop music once again. And we’re not talking pop music a la, Lady Gaga or Jonas Brothers, it’s more like a-ha, because they were the nice side of pop. Then you have other great pop like, The Beach Boys, which was just genius pop. And then sometimes you have guys like Ed Harcourt and release what is called, chamber pop. Owl City, in the best sense of the words, is electronic pop. And it’s great.
I can’t make you dig this guy, but I can sure try. If you’re skeptical by any means, try the songs, “Hot Air Balloon,” “The Bird and the Worm,” or “Hello Seattle.” Start there. And if you get it, you get it. If not, no worries.
The album can be bought here on Itunes.
